What's Next...???
As we get closer to the end of program, many of you are asking me what is going to happen next...

Instead of me telling you, I'd like to hear from you...

Who wants to continue Crossfit?
What time & days of the week would you like classes?

All and any feedback is greatly appreciated...

  1. I like your Weightlifting Wednesdays at 6:00am. It would be great to have a regular class devoted to strength and lifting.

  2. I would love to continue. M/W/F 6am would be awesome, but I am flexible, since I don't have to work until 10am! I told Jen I would chime in for her since she's away, she would do the same, if available. I would love to keep working out with the girls! We have a really great group, and everyone is so supportive, it would be so great to move on with all y'all!

  3. I would love to do a 5:45-6am class any of the mornings during the week. I do not have a lot of flexibility in my schedule :( I am really enjoying the WODs and the weightlifting classes and would love to keep going with cross fit. Looking at the schedule for BCF- I probably couldn't make it to make anything else during the week.

  4. I would also love to continue with a 545am class! I like M/W/F for WODs and weightlifting, but really any days work fine. I just have to be done around 7am.

  5. I prefer 6am class but am flexible to 5:45 if that is what works best for most. I definitely want to continue exploring CF!

  6. Jane already chimed in for me and I'd emailed you directly, but I'd love to continue as well and a 5:45-6:00AM start Monday / Wed / Friday would be my first choice!

  7. 5:45 please! Days of week don't matter to me. Would this class be an addition to the WOD schedule at Boulder Crossfit or another women's thing? Just asking because it would be nice to have full access to the gym if we aren't able to make the early WOD for whatever reason. I also am trying to get my husband to join! I think he would really enjoy it.
